after living and working for <strong>17</strong> years<br />
north of Brisbane, Australia, where he<br />
earned huge respect for his ability to<br />
work on older model cars,<br />
understanding all their nuances, and<br />
taking care of people’s pride and joy.<br />
Wayne, has 30 years experience in<br />
wheel alignment, having been in the tyre<br />
industry for 40 years.<br />
He specialises in classics, vintage,<br />
muscle and rally cars to name afew.<br />
‘‘I treat all the cars with respect. It is<br />
fun for me. Idon’t care if it’s mini or a<br />
Mustang.<br />

says Wayne.<br />
He says many alignment technicians<br />
are too young to have developed the<br />
special skills required for some older<br />

Tyre General has been in Amberley<br />
for seven years, moving to Courage Road<br />
in 2020, starting with just two bays.<br />
Today it has grown to afivebay<br />
operation and has ateam of six. It is<br />
open 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and<br />
Saturday from 9am to 12 noon.<br />
