Your husband or wife does not automatically inherit the whole of your Estate<br />
on your death. If you are an unmarried couple (whether or not it’s a same-sex<br />
relationship), you can make sure your partner is provided for in the event of<br />

By making a Will, YOU decide who inherits your estate<br />
If you do not make a Will there are certain rules which dictate how your estate<br />
will be divided and this may not be the way that you would like or expect it<br />
to be distributed.<br />
You can choose your Executors (who are the people who will deal with your<br />
Estate), appoint Guardians for any minor children and decide at what age you<br />
would like your children/grandchildren to inherit as well as so much more.<br />
Making a Will does not have to be a frightening experience and it is our<br />
