Customer reviews
Gin was my superhero! Having
had an ongoing knee injury for
several years, it popped back
up as I began my training for the
Cardiff Half. With a short time
scale to turn around the pain I
was experiencing, Gin offered
helpful advice and a variety of
strengthening exercises that
made a world of difference.
Don’t think twice about it - get to
Physio AtOne!
Steph, Rhiwbina
Shortly after breaking my ankle
and having an operation to have
it pinned, my luck changed when
I was advised to see Gin at Physio
AtOne. She was very friendly,
her work was very professional,
and as a result, I have gone
from walking awkwardly with
an orthopaedic boot to walking
normally.
David, Rhiwbina
Gin thanks so much for helping
me with my back pain, I was
getting to the point of nearly not
being able to work. The hands
on treatment and understanding
of how to strengthen my
back muscles really gave me
confidence to keep working and
now I’m back in control to be
active again!
