BOV Visa Gold Card - Bank of Valletta

Programme will be awarded one BOV Point for every €1 spent. In order to
redeem BOV Points, the Cardholder has to reach a threshold of
10,000 BOV Points which are valid for a period of 3 years. BOV
Points are not transferable to any other account, even if such
account also belongs to the Cardholder.
BOV Points earned under the BOV Loyalty Rewards Programme
may be redeemed as follows:
1. Card Fee – The Bank will credit the customer’s Card
account with 25% of the applicable annual Card fee or with
the Supplementary Card fee in return for 5,000 BOV Points.
2. Air Malta KMiles – BOV Points can be redeemed in blocks
of 5,000 KMiles. Redeemed KMiles will be credited to the
Customer’s Air Malta Flypass Account by the end of the
first week of the next calendar month from the date when
the Points are redeemed.

Life Assurance BOV VISA Gold personal main cardholders are automatically
entitled for Life Assurance cover underwritten by Middlesea
Insurance Plc through Mediterranean Insurance Brokers (Malta)
Ltd.. Cover is automatic for personal principal card holders until
reaching the age of 75 years. The policy covers the outstanding
liability on the BOV VISA Gold account up to a maximum of €6,000.
No medical underwriting is required and the sum assured is payable
to the Bank on the death of the cardholder due to any cause.
Naturally, the terms and conditions of the life policy apply.
