Brothers,
The Delta Chi Educational Foundation (DCEF) had another year of growth and increased stability
in 2021. Foundation total assets grew by $400,000 to a total of $4.16MM, breaking the
$4MM threshold for only the second time in our history. This marked the DCEF’s 3rd consecutive
year of growth, with total assets having increased 36% since 2018. Unrestricted revenue
for 2021 exceeded expenses by 17%, and we continued to grow the endowment. The Foundation
granted nearly $315,000 in support of student member scholarships, housing grants, and
Fraternity educational initiatives in 2021.
Our successes of 2021 have the Educational Foundation well positioned to support our
brotherhood in 2022 and continue to grow. I hope you will join me in making a gift to the
DCEF general fund in 2022 to keep the momentum going.

Everyone has a part to play to strengthen our beloved fraternity; join the Army of Donors. The goal is to generate
$500,000 on a recurring, annual basis for the General Fund: 250 Trustees, 1000 Scholars and 600 Students in
the 1890 Society.
