Where are you setting up your pop-up
shop this summer?
I will be at Heirloom Cafe and Provisions in Baileys
Harbor and also Backbone Food Truck in Fish Creek
at Peninsula State Park. Guests can find me on social
media (Facebook or Instagram)
(goldenhourdoorcounty) to access my schedule,
menu, and other future pop-up locations!
Everything can also be found on my website.
Do you have any plans of getting a more
exclusive space?
I don’t have any set plans as of right now. I’m really
enjoying operating as a pop-up shop, but never say
never! I’m fairly certain that one day I’ll have a brick
and mortar shop.
The menu at Golden Hour is housemade,
organic, gluten-free, dairy-free,
and vegan-friendly. Menu options
l
include: Smoothies, juice, coffee,
waffles, energy bites, lemonades, and
more! Both Heirloom and Backbone
s
r
have their menus available as well
during pop-ups so guests can have the
best of both worlds!
