ONE SCHOOL: FOUR CAMPUSES
UPPER SCHOOL CAMPUS – SEVERN
The Upper School campus is located on 83 acres in Severn. The Sulin Academic Building provides 24,300 square feet of
classroom space. The Kerr Center for Fine and Performing Arts consists of 31,500 square feet of multi-use space, including
a 675-seat auditorium, band and choir rooms, and classroom space. The Kilby Athletic Center offers 91,300 square feet of
athletic and multi-use space, including a full-sized indoor turf arena, two gyms, a weight room, and dining hall.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMPUS - ANNAPOLIS
The Middle School campus is located on 12 acres 3 miles from downtown Annapolis. The facility includes a gym with locker
rooms, a media center, art room, and outdoor playing field, as well as 27 classrooms, including a Band/Choir room and
science labs.
LOWER SCHOOL CAMPUS - SEVERN
The Severn Lower School campus located at Grace Pointe Community Church 3 miles from our Upper School campus. The
campus provides for 10 classrooms and approximately 31,000 square feet of school specific space. Our partnership with the
church allows use of their sanctuary, gym, dining area, media room, and outdoor play areas.
LOWER SCHOOL CAMPUS – ANNAPOLIS
The Annapolis Lower School Campus is located 2 miles from downtown Annapolis at Annapolis Evangelical Presbyterian
Church. AACS began leasing space from Annapolis EP in 1971 when the school was founded. The campus provides 70,000
square feet of space, including 11 Classrooms, Computer Lab, Library, Gym/Multi-purpose room and age-appropriate
playground equipment and play space. Additionally, through our partnership we have access to the sanctuary and media
center.
