Campanula rotundifolia
Harebell is in the Bellflower family, the
Campanulaceae. The ‘orbicular’ basal leaves are very
different from the linear stem leaves. This is a
smooth and slender plant with blue, bell-like corollas.
Found more often on dry grassy hillside pastures
and hedge banks than meadows.
