Probably the most important move in his career Jürgen Jung
made at the entire clearance sale of Marijke Vink in November
2005. There he bought the founding pair ‘Aladin’ x ‘Last
Lady’, superstars in Dutch pigeon history!! Both are direct of
C. & G. Koopman, ‘Aladin’ is bred from ‘Kleine Dirk’ x
‘Daughter Beatrixdoffer’ and ‘Last Lady’ is a full sister to
‘Kleine Dirk’!! This pair bred a/o ‘Tips’, father to at least 9 different
1. prize winner and father of ‘Reza’ (Best middle distance
racer in the world with 1. prizes against 28,332 birds,
21,982 birds,10,589 birds), ‘Farah Diba’ (1. Nat. acebird 500-
700 km WHZB 2003 & 1. acebird 500-700 km WENC 2004),
‘Drum’, ‘Future, and more. Another topper from this pair is
‘Last Baby’; the father to the 1. acebird in the Sun City Million
Dollar Pigeon Race XI. Jürgen Jung bred many direct
children to ‘Aladin’ and they still form the base of the Jung
colony; like ‘Gian’ (father 1. prize Delta one loft race Hungary
2011), ‘Asterix’ (father 1. prize final race Mallorca Derby
2011) and ‘Winnetou’ (brother ‘Tips’ and grandfather 4. prize
final race Mallorca Derby 2011)
In the start of this century, Jürgen Jung was also one of the
first to discover the great class of De Rauw-Sablon pigeons
… at Pros Roosen children of ‘Freddy’ were obtained and at
Marcel Aelbrecht the very best of all his legendary performers
moved to the German top quality breeding lofts. However;
always wanting the best there is, Jürgen set his goals on the
best De Rauw-Sablon breeder alive; ‘Lucky 848’, breeder of
Cock Bak 17, 2. Nat. acebird ‘Blue Ace’ and so many more
supreme performers. Together with sports friend Nikolaas
Gyselbrecht from PIPA Jürgen managed to bring in this super
champion; only two years after his arrival already grandchildren
to him bred by Jung won 1. Nat. La Souterraine - 16.576
birds (at Verreckt-Ariën), 1. prize final race Delta One Loft
Race Hungary 2011 and many more top positions!
