The fanciers behind GvW Denmark are
Henrik Meldgaard and the brothers
Martin and Christian Hansen - more
well-known as M&C Hansen. All 3 are
enthusiastic fanciers and live their lives for
the racing pigeons every day with more
than 75 years of experiences in total.
Henrik Meldgaard
In addition to GvW, Henrik has worked with
his own strong strain built of pigeons from
Jef De Wilder added with pigeons from Flor
Engels, Flor Vervoort, Francois De Keyser
etc. and for several years Henrik has been
the strongest short- and middle distance
loft in his region. In the later years he has
introduced the ‘Kannibaal-line’ from the
famous ‘Kannibaal’-pair of Klaus Stieneker
(Germany) and these sons and daughters
of this fantastic couples have made super
results - also especially in SCMDPR in
South Africa where 2 full sisters made 15.
