The Christchurch Women’s Lifestyle Expo is returning this <strong>October</strong>, bringing together more<br />
than 180 of the best lifestyle companies under one roof for one weekend.<br />

The expo will have something for<br />
everyone’s taste, whether you’re<br />
looking for the perfect gift or treat for<br />
yourself, after a bit of pampering or<br />
need to stock up on your eco-friendly<br />
essentials.<br />
The best local businesses will be<br />
exhibiting, alongside a number of<br />
national companies that will travel to<br />
Christchurch especially for the event.<br />
“We’re so pleased to be back in<br />
Christchurch again after Covid has forced<br />
the postponement of the expo for<br />
the past two years,” says NZME event<br />
director Renee Murray.<br />
“The show is always a popular event<br />
with women of all ages and stages, from<br />
teenagers and young women to mothers<br />
and grandmothers, and friends simply<br />
enjoying each other’s company. It’s a great<br />
chance for Cantabrians to attend the<br />
show and support local businesses after<br />
what have been some challenging times<br />
for many of our exhibitors.”<br />
If you’ve never been before, you’re in for<br />
a treat, but you do need a few hours up<br />
your sleeve.<br />
Come and meet the makers in the<br />
Artisan Craft Zone, where 30+ companies<br />
will showcase unique products including<br />
soaps and beauty products, jewellery,<br />
original art, home decor and more.<br />
Appreciating that shopping, tasting,<br />
trying and testing can be hard work, the<br />
expo features a mini food show, with<br />
everything from artisan condiments and<br />
baked goods to craft gin, vodka, boutique<br />
confectionery, limoncello, rum, spices and<br />
much more.<br />
The expo is happening on Saturday<br />
29 <strong>October</strong> and Sunday 30 <strong>October</strong> at<br />
Christchurch Arena. Tickets are available<br />
on GrabOne now (two tickets for just<br />
$10) or can be purchased at the door all<br />
weekend for $10 per person. Children<br />
under 12 are free.<br />
