THE STAGE IS SET FOR FORECOURTECH ‘22<br />

We are delighted to welcome friends new and old to<br />
the Asia Gardens Hotel, Alicante for two days of networking<br />
and presentations.<br />
It has been a busy 12 months for everyone. Lockdowns<br />
and travel restrictions, whilst now a distant memory, have<br />
been replaced with new challenges. To discuss these<br />
and the impact on our industry we have put together an<br />
exciting line-up of speakers and panelists who will debate<br />
and discuss the technologies that are optimising forecourt<br />
operations and enhacing the customer experience. You<br />
can find out more about this year’s speakers and their<br />
discussion topics on page 12.<br />
This year we have also launched a brand new award in<br />
partnership with Q1. The New Technology Disruptors<br />
Award’ is designed to enable and support start-ups targeting<br />
the fuel & convenience retail industry. The finalists from<br />
the competition will take to the <strong>forecourttech</strong> ‘22 stage to<br />
pitch their business plans to our audience. Our retail audience<br />
will have the opportunity to vote for the winner who<br />
will receive a free ticket to the SmartCityHouse accelerator<br />
program, six months of individual support worth €50,000<br />
and a free delegate place at <strong>forecourttech</strong> ’23.<br />
We will once again use Brella’s networking platform to power<br />
our event networking. The app puts delegates in charge<br />
of their meetings schedule, matching them with people who<br />
have similar business goals. You can even start networking<br />
ahead of the event with the in-app messenger. Read more<br />
about the benefits of Brella on page 17.<br />
Another new edition this year is champagne welcome<br />
reception on Monday 17 th <strong>October</strong>. The event sponsored<br />
by Migrolino is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and<br />
enjoy some informal networking ahead of a busy couple of<br />
days of meetings and presentations.<br />
Finally we would like to say a huge thank you to our supporters<br />
