Understanding the needs of<br />

food producers, FPT’s latest food<br />

campus will serve the production<br />

process from start to finish.<br />

FPT is building up the largest food campus<br />

in the <strong>Asia</strong>-Pacific region. The 50-metre<br />

campus is situated at the heart of the<br />

“Kitchen of the World”, and is set to mimic<br />

a full-fledged factory facility. It comprises<br />

of high, medium and low risk zones that<br />

conform to stringent hygiene standards.<br />

FPT’s food campus is also equipped with<br />

the latest food processing machinery and<br />

technology, including the capability to develop<br />

food ingredients, flavours and seasonings;<br />

food producers can experiment to find the<br />

right recipes and that ideal combinations.<br />

FPT’s team of professionals encompasses<br />

master chefs, food scientists, engineers,<br />

project consultants, architects, QA and IT<br />

specialists. Together we provide a range<br />

of expertise, insights, fresh ideas and<br />

latest trends to be leveraged upon for<br />

our full range of farm-to-fork machinery,<br />

technologies and innovative solutions.<br />

THE BEGINNING OF FPT’S DREAM<br />

The inauguration of the food campus signals<br />

a new chapter in FPT’s history. The newly<br />

incorporated 14,000m 2 headquarters<br />

in Thailand and the upcoming R&D<br />

centre in Singapore seeks to be an<br />

industrial food academy in the region.<br />

FPT placed emphasis on our team to actively<br />

engage in the needs of our customers.<br />

Through engagement and feedback,<br />

we realised there is an immediate<br />

need for an integrated<br />

one-stop solutions for<br />

testbeds and start-ups. This is especially so<br />

in the post-pandemic era where consumers<br />

and regulators are now emphasising<br />

more on food safety and the latest FDA<br />

smarter food traceability initiative.<br />

in a affordable, safe and sustainable manner.<br />
