roots with diners.

other”, St. Lawrence offers a marriage of classic
French cuisine and the gastronomic identity and
culture of Les Québécois.
At the time of this writing in late September, St.
Lawrence had transitioned from their late summer
to the fall menu. “You should know that fall is my
favourite season and always has been,” J-C Poirier
explains. “It’s the colours, the aromas, and the shift
into cooler temperatures and fall flavours.” The
dishes are using some of his favourite ingredients,
from sunchokes, celeriac, squash, venison,
Labrador tea and apples, and the menu includes
a Herb Crusted Venison Loin or Chicken Ballotine
stuffed with veal sweetbreads. You will find the
apples in the Apple Mille-Feuille with candied
bacon & Labrador tea pastry cream, to name but
a few of the amazing dishes, rooted in tradition,
history, and pride of place.
As the Table d’Hôte menu changes with the
seasons, we can only encourage you to add St.
Lawrence to your list of must-try restaurants.
Tickets for the seven-course menu include a
choice of starter, main and dessert, with optional
add-ons for the table. Tickets are released monthly.
