MARCH/APRIL 2023 PROPERTY TROPICANA INTRODUCES LUCKY ANG PAO CAMPAIGN, OFFERING ANG PAO UP TO RM18,888 Tropicana Corporation Berhad ushered in the Year of the Water Rabbit with its Lucky Ang Pao campaign. Running till 28 February 2023, it offers ang pao up to RM18,888 for participating townships. Concurrently, the Group collaborated with Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad to offer rebates for all Tropicana projects, as well as T Privilege rewards and more. 42

In the spirit of the season, Tropicana would like to reward our property purchasers and the community for their support through the years. That is why we introduced our Lucky Ang Pao campaign and collaboration with Alliance Bank, fostering auspicious vibes and prosperity for all while celebrating the connections all around us,” shared Joanne Lee, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Tropicana. For even more rewards, customers who activate an Alliance SavePlus Account/-i and have a valid T Privilege Loyalty Programme membership, either existing or new, will be entitled to 4,000 T Privilege points worth RM40. The promotion runs till 31 March 2023, and leverages on Tropicana’s new T Privilege programme, giving members lifestyle rewards with fashion, dining, fitness, home & living brands at Tropicana Gardens Mall, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Courtyard by Marriott, W Kuala Lumpur and more. Rounding out the festive bonanza, 100 new T Privilege members stand a chance to win RM50 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit via a lucky draw. The offer is valid for new sign-ups until 30 June 2023 with a minimum of one spending transaction at any T Privilege merchant (excluding property purchases). At the same time, Tropicana’s collaboration with Alliance Bank allows purchasers to enjoy a 2% rebate till 30 April 2023 for all Tropicana projects. Purchasers must be Alliance Bank customers, with a valid Sale and Purchase Agreement and Alliance Bank loan acceptance letter. The Group’s focus on Redefining the Art of Togetherness is embodied in its Modernising Ah Gong & Ah Ma CNY short film, a tongue-in-cheek look at the generational gap which celebrates the traditions that bring us together.
