Chapter 3 : Connect To The Vehicle<br />
Plug the HotSync cable into the Palm handheld.<br />
Connect the HotSync cable to the <strong>OBD</strong> <strong>II</strong> adapter.<br />
Connect the <strong>OBD</strong> <strong>II</strong> cable to the <strong>OBD</strong> <strong>II</strong> adapter.<br />

D Locate the <strong>OBD</strong> <strong>II</strong> connector on the vehicle. (16-pin connector under dash).<br />
E Connect the <strong>OBD</strong> <strong>II</strong> Cable to the vehicle’s <strong>OBD</strong> <strong>II</strong> connector. Ensure the connectors are fully<br />
engaged.<br />
The vehicle does not have to be running.<br />
