Rose Milne emphasises that Second Chance is a
‘rescue centre’ and not an animal sanctuary and she
says: “We believe every animal deserves a chance
at a new home and will wait until the right one
comes along.”
We take in cats, dogs and a range of small animals
and wildlife.
Our expert team of dedicated volunteers work
tirelessly. All the animals in our care will be
spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped,
deflead and wormed.
Everything has to be paid for out of donated funds -
including the enormous vet bills.
