One of the strongly held values of the CLA Kids Ministry is that it takes a village to
raise a child. The leaders and volunteers show up because they love what they do,
and believe in supporting parents and families in a spiritual journey. They envision
a ministry that sees little ones taking the next steps in their faith and that support
parents as spiritual leaders of their families.
THERE ARE 5 KEY VALUES THAT
WE BELIEVE AT CLA KIDS:
1. We believe in discipleship. The Bible was and continues to be the greatest book
ever written! We want your children to know and love God’s word and understand
the value of applying it in their lives. We want them to be able to discern God’s
voice, obey Him, and live a victorious life through the power of the Holy Spirit.
2. We believe that your child should be discipled in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate
environment. We understand that kids love fun, and we want to bring the
Bible to life in a way that they can understand.
3. We seek to create an environment that is full of love and encouragement for every
child. Our leaders seek intentional opportunities to encourage, build-up, affirm and
support children both in their relationship with the Lord and in their identity in Christ.
4. We want to ensure the safety and security of every child that attends or participates
in CLA Kids programs or events. Our teachers and volunteers have been
selected, screened, and trained so that your family receives the best care possible.
5. We want to come alongside parents and caregivers to support, encourage and
equip them as the primary spiritual leaders in their children’s lives. We want to provide
opportunities for families to experience Jesus together through a variety of
programs, events, resources and serving opportunities.
