Android Enterprise<br />

Android Enterprise is an industry standard laid<br />

out by Google for hardware brands who wish<br />

to manufacture Android devices, and contains<br />

a defined criteria of API’s set as a minimum<br />

accepted standard.<br />

This is reflected in all major MDM/EMM<br />

propositions, making use of the same<br />

standards for a seamless deployment and<br />

user experience.<br />

As an example, hardware vendors that now<br />

support Android Enterprise would guarantee<br />

seamless enrolment onto SOTI.<br />

Zero-touch<br />

customer will need to have an account<br />

set-up and a list of IMEI’s uploaded. This can<br />

the technical options, permutations and<br />

processes for optimising deployments.<br />

Secure voice and text recording<br />

The Mainstream MVR solution records all<br />

voice calls and texts on a Samsung phone and<br />

stores this data in a secure UK data centre.<br />

Secure access is provided via a web portal<br />

for authorised staff to play back calls and<br />

read texts. The solution is MiFiD II compliant,<br />

network agnostic anywhere in the world. There<br />

is no on-premise equipment required as the<br />

solution is cloud-based. All recorded data<br />

can subsequently be forwarded to a customer’s<br />

own storage facility.<br />
