Not later than a week before seminar start you receive
a confirmation of participation with all data.

We take care of you
Upon request we arrange hotel reservation for you. The
price is not included in the seminar price. Bookings on
behalf of the participants are binding for the customer.
Changes or cancellation of the hotel reservation have to be
made by the participant directly.
All costs that arise because of cancellation of the hotel reservation
will not be accepted by ENGEL.

Please note
If your attendance is not possible for any reason – no problem:
of course we cancel your reservation until two weeks
before start of training free of charge. If you cancel within
two weeks before start of training we have to invoice 50%,
within a week the whole amount of seminar costs. However
alternative participants can be nominated at any time. We
reserve the right to postpone or cancel individual seminars
or to take in new seminar dates. Claims for compensation
or drop out can not be generated thereby.
