Meritäht is a soft, fruity and creamy light beer.
Its golden and hazy colour is topped with a
foamy head and an aroma filled with ripe
yellow fruits – peaches, apricots and pears.
Meritäht is smooth with malty sweetness, yet
bitter and acidic from lemon zest. Its aftertaste
lingers with a silky-creamy texture. Meritäht
is an unfiltered and unpasturized beer,
containing barley, rye malt and yeast.
Food pairing:
Pairs well with chicken, fish, pizza and salads.
Smooth and fruity flavours compliment a
variety of dishes.
Tasting notes:
A light beer with a creamy mouthfeel. Truly
a beer for all occasions. The refreshing and
