This is not a class, but an<br />

Mandarin and to meet new people<br />

in the community. Free and no<br />

Sensory Hour<br />

Mondays, 5-6pm<br />

Redwood Library<br />

Sensory Hour is aimed specifically<br />

at children and adults with sensory<br />

sensitivities, who may experience<br />

difficulties using a large, busy library<br />

with lots of noise, lights and people.<br />

They may be easily distracted by<br />

their external environment and find<br />

it hard to focus and concentrate.<br />

During the hour, artificial lighting<br />

will be turned off and activities<br />

happening in the library will be<br />

minimised. Library staff will be<br />

available, but will maintain a low<br />

profile.<br />
