NEWS UPDATE FEBUARY 22,2024 Hungary: EU Blue card now expanded to those with Technology skills instead Education Ungarn: EU Blue Card jetzt auch für Personen mit Technology-Kenntnissen verfügbar, selbst wenn die bisher zwingend notwendigen Bildungsabschlüsse nicht vorhanden sind Foreign nationals working in certain areas of information technology are now entitled to an EU Blue Card if they have at least three years of relevant professional experience (acquired in the last seven years), regardless of whether they have relevant educational qualifications. Previously, a relevant university degree was required to obtain a Blue Card. The IT professions affected include: IT managers, systems analysts and administrators, software and database developers and operators, and network and multimedia developers. These changes are part of Hungary's implementation of the new EU Blue Card Directive. 2 convinus.com Ausländische Staatsangehörige, die in bestimmten Bereichen der Informationstechnologie tätig sind, haben nun Anspruch auf eine Blaue Karte EU, wenn sie über eine mindestens dreijährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung (erworben in den letzten sieben Jahren) verfügen, unabhängig davon, ob sie über einschlägige Bildungsabschlüsse verfügen. Bisher war für die Erteilung einer Blue Card ein einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss erforderlich. Zu den betroffenen IT-Berufen gehören: IT-Manager, Systemanalytiker und -administratoren, Software- und Datenbankentwickler und -betreiber sowie Netzwerkund Multimediaentwickler. Diese Änderungen sind Teil der Umsetzung der neuen EU-Richtlinie über die Blaue Karte durch Ungarn.
NEWS UPDATE FEBUARY 22,2024 Philippines: Medical clearance requirement lifted Philippinen: Ärztliches Attest nicht mehr erforderlich On February 1, 2024 the Philippines Bureau of Immigration announced that Bureau of Quarantine medical clearance is no longer required for nationals of 53 countries listed in annex A of BI Operations Order No. SBM-2014-059 for any of the visa applications listed in annex B of the same order. The order from 2014 was a response to an Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Am 1.
