WHO IS CABINETMASTER?
Owned by Quoc Duy Group, a distributor
and supplier of modern woodworking
technology, Cabinetmaster aims
to provide Industry 4.0 technology
solutions for industrial furniture
manufacturers.
Within growth of the furniture industry
in recent years, Cabinetmaster has
emerged to provide a range of modern
solutions for processing engineered
wood, establishing tight integration
between labour and machinery. In this
endeavor, Cabinetmaster plays a role
in technology transformation, with
a core focus on cost optimisation,
maximising production efficiency,
and streamlining production
processes.
Currently, Cabinetmaster has built
a network of machine suppliers
worldwide to ensure that 99% of the
products they supply are suitable
and meet the intended purposes of
their customers. Their motto is ‘For
a better-quality product’, developing
practical manufacturing experiences
to offer accurate, timely, and
optimised processes for each factory.
MASTERING CNC TECHNOLOGY
With a technically proficient
workforce that graduated from
engineering university programmes
worldwide, Cabinetmaster addresses
technical issues for customers and
provides tailored solutions for each
stage of production. They participate
in machinery exhibitions in regions
with advanced and longstanding
woodworking cultures such as
Taiwan, Germany, Italy, and Spain,
bringing back timely advanced
technologies with high applicability in
production.
Each year, over 50 engineers
participate in research courses
covering all types of woodworking
machinery. In particular,
Cabinetmaster has their own CNC
technical team, mastering all
technologies from automated control
to operation and development of
technology on machines.
Established in Vietnam,
Cabinetmaster aims to possess
knowledge of the products and
machinery ideally suited for the
unique needs and climate of South
East Asia, such as in Laos, Cambodia,
Thailand, and Malaysia. With over
20 years of experience in supplying
woodworking machinery, Quoc Duy
has conducted research and analysis
to identify optimal accessories and
effective solutions to adapt to the
harsh changing weather conditions in
the region.
For instance, Cabinetmaster offers
an array of industrial woodworking
machines, ranging from basic
to advanced models, including
CNC wood machines, panel saws,
edgebanding machines, CNC drilling
machines, sliding table saws, and
auxiliary equipment. They also deliver
turnkey solutions tailored to industrial
wood furniture factories of various
scales and capacities.
Functioning as general contractors,
they provide services beginning with
consultations on suitable solutions
based on budget and capacity,
extending to designing machine
layouts according to the scale of
the factory, supplying machinery,
pneumatic systems, and dust
extraction systems. In short, they
