GRATITUDE<br />
We are incredibly grateful for all that the Lord is doing<br />
here in the Amazon region of Manaus. We ended 2023<br />
reminded of all He has done as we celebrated the birth<br />
of our Savior, and had the privilege of serving others,<br />
shining His light in the darkness.<br />
EVANGELISM<br />
We held our Christmas outreach in two communities<br />
on the Amazon River, Timbó and Ilha de Marrecão. It<br />
was a wonderful time serving our brothers and<br />
sisters, and presenting the birth of Jesus to all in<br />
these communities. Each family received Christmas<br />
baskets full of food items to prepare a Christmas<br />
dinner and special sweets and gifts.<br />
CELEBRATION<br />
The end of January brought much celebration as our<br />
home base church, Mission Passion and Compassion,<br />
celebrated 15 years of existence. It was a full<br />
weekend of incredible ministry sessions, worship,<br />
prayer, and reflection over all the Lord has done. We<br />
have entered our 16th year with great expectation<br />
and excitement for the future.<br />
BAPTISM<br />
During the anniversary celebration we also had the<br />
privilege of holding a baptismal service.<br />
