Rural Preferential Recruitment (RPR) Pathway<br />

Rural Preferential Recruitment (RPR) is a merit based recruitment process for<br />

final year medical students who are interested in working in a rural setting.<br />

To apply for an RPR position you must:<br />

Submit an online application in the online application system before the<br />

closing date and clearly indicate the application for an RPR AND<br />

Complete a separate application for each rural hospital through JMO<br />

Career Portal by the closing date<br />

Offers are made based on the outcome of the RPR preference matching<br />
