Dundee City Council Local Housing Strategy
Monitoring and Evaluation Framework
The Local Housing Strategy is not a static document, it must be capable of
adjusting and take into consideration the changes at local, regional and national
levels. In conjunction with its partners Dundee City Council will continually review
and monitor the implementation framework and adjust it accordingly, ensuring the
document’s accountability.
Actions have been delegated to responsible forum’s working groups etc for example
Strategic Planning Group’s Stobswell Steering Group. The Local Housing Strategy
and many of its actions are also pursued through Community Plan Theme Groups,
the Housing Department’s Service Plan and the Council Plan.
The following pages outline how the action plans will be monitored and how it will
be evaluated.
In the last column it identifies who is responsible for monitoring the action plan.
