10 th meeting of dealers of <strong>FUCHS</strong> LUBRICANTS (CHINA)<br />

More than 110 dealers g<strong>at</strong>hered in<br />

Zhuhai on 22 and 23 April for <strong>the</strong> 10 th<br />

<strong>annual</strong> meeting. The two-day conference<br />

was used to r<strong>at</strong>e levels of performance<br />

in 2009 and to present <strong>the</strong> str<strong>at</strong>egy<br />

for 2010. As <strong>the</strong> events of recent years<br />

had helped to improve <strong>the</strong> sales figures<br />

in <strong>the</strong> automotive sector, <strong>the</strong> tenth anniversary<br />

of <strong>the</strong> meeting was marked with<br />

a special “event”: <strong>FUCHS</strong> opened “WIN”,<br />

a club for <strong>the</strong> most successful dealers.<br />

The name of <strong>the</strong> club symbolizes <strong>the</strong><br />

belief of <strong>FUCHS</strong> LUBRICANTS (CHINA) in<br />

<strong>the</strong> spirit and dedic<strong>at</strong>ion th<strong>at</strong> takes you<br />

to <strong>the</strong> top.<br />

As part of <strong>the</strong> event, Klaus Hartig, Executive<br />

Vice President East Asia, Zhu<br />

Qingping, CEO <strong>FUCHS</strong> LUBRICANTS<br />

(CHINA) and Yu Zhihe, Vice President<br />

Automotive Sales, presented a sum of<br />

5,000 dollars to <strong>the</strong> best dealers in re -<br />

cognition of <strong>the</strong>ir contribution to <strong>the</strong><br />

success of <strong>the</strong> company. The sellers<br />

recording <strong>the</strong> highest growth r<strong>at</strong>es were<br />

presented with <strong>the</strong> <strong>FUCHS</strong> TITAN SYN<br />

Seminar on lubricant trends in Jeddah<br />

On March 7 and 8, ALHAMRANI-<strong>FUCHS</strong><br />

PETROLEUM SAUDI ARABIA (AFPSA)<br />

invited sales man<strong>ag</strong>ers and engineers<br />

and <strong>the</strong> technical staff of <strong>the</strong> company<br />

to a seminar on current trends in<br />

<strong>the</strong> lubricants sector. Zafar Ahmed Tal-<br />

pur, President of ADPSA, kicked <strong>the</strong><br />

event off. He encour<strong>ag</strong>ed <strong>the</strong> participants<br />

to benefit from <strong>the</strong> knowledge<br />

acquired during <strong>the</strong> seminar to better<br />

MC prize – <strong>the</strong>y also became <strong>the</strong> first<br />

members of <strong>the</strong> WIN club.<br />

The program and <strong>the</strong> str<strong>at</strong>egy were<br />

welcomed by all <strong>the</strong> participants who<br />

pledged to achieve significant increases<br />

in <strong>the</strong> sales figures in 2010. At <strong>the</strong> end of<br />

<strong>the</strong> meeting, around 60 dealers signed a<br />

contract to double <strong>the</strong> level of sales this<br />

year. The gre<strong>at</strong> commitment and dedic<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

of <strong>the</strong> dealers will form a sustainable<br />

found<strong>at</strong>ion for <strong>the</strong> automotive<br />

business in 2010.<br />

In his closing address, Hanif S<strong>at</strong>tar (1 st<br />

row, 5 th from <strong>the</strong> left) emphasized <strong>the</strong><br />
