350 to 400 visitors came to the motorbike check offered by FUCHS in Indonesia.

booked out airplanes are unmistakable
indications for one of the most important
festivities of the island nation –
Lebaran. Three days of feasting indicate
the end of the traditional Muslim fasting
month, Ramadan, which is usually celebrated
with the family. Many workers
travel up to 500 kilometers to see their
relatives in far away villages. In October
2009, one week after most travelers
had returned to their work, PT FUCHS
INDO NESIA organized a two-day event
for motorcyclists in the vicinity of the
com pany within the framework of a Corpo
rate Social Responsibility Program.
Tips on lubricants were on the agenda
just like advice on waste oil disposal. Oil
tests were also performed. 350 to 400
motorcyclists took advantage of the
FUCHS offer – 959 Silkolene motor oil
containers were sold at a special price.
Bottom line: not only did the event re -
ceive great recognition by numerous visitors
– it also raised the enthusiasm and
team spirit of the FUCHS staff on site.
