Bus Services:
shuttle Buses run regularly between the soUTH
car parks and Atrium Entrance 1 from one hour
before the exhibition opens until one hour after
it closes. This shuttle service will also detour
via the Crowne Plaza Main Entrance for any
guests staying at this location. in addition, local
bus services run from Birmingham international
railway station.
Business Services:
The Visitors and Business Centre (located
between Halls 4 and 5) will be open from 9am
until show close.
Canvassing:
Canvassing for orders by unauthorised persons is
strictly prohibited. in any such instance, the right of
expulsion will be exercised. Distribution of circulars
and promotional materials except by exhibitors on
their own stand space is strictly prohibited.
Cloakrooms:
Cloakroom facilities are available. They are
located to the right of Hall 3A’s Main Entrance.
A £1/item charge applies.
Emergency Services:
Fire, Medical and security services are operated
from the Venue operations Centre on the NEC
Piazza between Halls 1 and 2. in an emergency,
please use the nearest internal phone located at
all entrances to the Halls and rear access doors.
Dial extension:
• 2222 for medical emergencies
• 3333 for fire emergencies
• 6666 for security emergencies
Alternatively please inform the nearest member of
NEC staff.

Indemnity:
The organisers accept no responsibility for
statements made in the show guide nor for any
errors or omissions that may have occurred.
Lost Property:
located at the NEC Venue operations Centre on
the Piazza, between Halls 1 and 2.
Medical Centre:
located between Halls 4 and 5, this facility will
be open during the following hours:
• Tuesday 3rd July 1000hrs – 1600hrs
• Wednesday 4th July 0900hrs – 1730hrs
• Thursday 5th July 0900hrs – 1600hrs
For medical assistance outside of these hours,
please contact the nearest member of NEC staff.
Meeting Rooms:
There are three meeting rooms in the hall
available throughout the event.
Organisers Office:
should you have queries in relation to the show
please contact the organisers in the organiser’s
suite, located next to the Main Entrance.
Photography:
No cameras or videos may be used within
the exhibition, other than by the official show
photographer and videographer or by written
permission from the organiser.

Press Office:
UK AD & Biogas’s Press facilities (with internet
access) are available in the organiser’s office
suite located by the Main Entrance to the
Exhibition. The press office is strictly for editorial
staff only – non-registered press will need to
demonstrate a copy of their publication containing
their name or alternatively a business card.
Refreshments:
There is a full catering facility located on the
right hand side of the exhibition hall, next to
the Conference Theatre, serving hot and cold
meals, drinks and snacks. Alternatively, there is
a coffee cart located at the rear left of the show.
Wetherspoons, starbucks and subway’s outlets
are also located outside the Main Entrance to the
show in the NEC Piazza area.
Security:
in the interests of security, please keep personal
belongings with you at all times. Please do not
leave luggage or bags unattended.
Smoking Policy:
in accordance with the Health Act 2006 smoking
is prohibited inside The NEC venue. The nearest
designated smoking area to the show is located
opposite the main entrance in the “North garden”.
Taxis:
There is a taxi rank outside and to the right of the
Piazza Main Entrance.
Toilets:
Toilet facilities are located on the right hand side
of the exhibition hall, next to the Hall Restaurant
and behind the Conference Theatre. There are also
facilities on the NEC Piazza area.
