He has considerable experience of financing major infrastructure projects<br />

James is an arable, pig and <strong>AD</strong> farmer from gloucestershire.<br />
Contract Farming 650 Ha with a partner in the <strong>AD</strong> unit,<br />
who has broilers and cows that contribute to the <strong>AD</strong>. He commissioned an <strong>AD</strong><br />
plant in April 2011 after three years of planning. The plant was self-built using<br />
appropriate outside design and engineering expertise.<br />

James runs his own rural business consultancy and<br />
specialises in renewable energy advice. He is<br />
ex-chairman of the Wiltshire ClA and sits on the sW Regional<br />
Committee, the National Business and Rural Economy Committee, the<br />
National Policy Committee and the National Working Party on Renewable<br />
Energy and Regional Representative to Council. He is a director of<br />
Wadswick Energy and was named Farm Adviser of the year by Farmers<br />

<strong>AD</strong> plants Jacqui has dealt with a whole variety of wastes throughout the<br />
years. Now working for her own company, RUR3’s team specializes in<br />
identifying feedstock’s for planned <strong>AD</strong> plants to the eventual procurement and<br />
management of these feedstock’s to operational sites.<br />

Tina has a PhD in Chemistry and worked for a<br />
consultancy for renewable energies and as a project<br />
manager for the European Commission before specialising in anaerobic<br />
digestion. in 2008, Tina joined siTA UK, where she is responsible for the<br />
technical development of <strong>AD</strong> plants.<br />

Clearfleau<br />
Richard gueterbock is a director of Clearfleau, with<br />
responsibility for marketing and business development.<br />
He instigated the company’s focus upon on-site digestion of food processing<br />
residues. Before setting up Clearfleau, Richard worked in the agribusiness,<br />
food and biotech sectors. Richard is a trustee of the Royal Agricultural<br />
society of England (RAsE).<br />

Andrew is an established expert on anaerobic digestion<br />
technology and application, and is a graduate of Harper<br />
Adams University College, with an MBA from Nottingham University.<br />

including feedstocks, renewable power sales and bio fertiliser sales.<br />

Julia is now an independent consultant and interim<br />
manager having spent the last six years as the director of<br />
Environment & Regulation at Cambridgeshire County Council, where she had<br />
responsibility for the authority’s waste, planning and environment services.<br />
Julia established her national profile on local authority waste management<br />
as the Chairman of the Waste Panel of the Association of Directors of<br />
Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport; <strong>AD</strong>EPT represents local<br />
authority chief officers across the UK.<br />

Harald joined E.oN Bioerdgas in 2007 and heads<br />
the biotechnology section where he is responsible for<br />
the further optimisation of biogas plants, the use of novel substrates and<br />
the optimisation of the greenhouse gas balance. He graduated as a<br />
Master of Biology, and earned his PhD in biotechnology with<br />
wastewater-cleansing bacteria.<br />

David was project manager for the roll out of somerset’s<br />
award-winning sort it services from 2004, which were the first to add large-scale<br />
separate food waste recycling to kerbside collections, and has provided support in<br />
specifying requirements for somerset’s new <strong>AD</strong> plant, now under construction.<br />
