THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF BOUSTEAD HOLDINGS BERHAD IS PLEASED TO PRESENT THE FOLLOWING REPORT OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2006. The Audit Committee (the Committee) was established on 27 June 1994 to act as a Committee of the Board of <strong>Directors</strong>. MEMBERS AND MEETINGS During the year, the Committee held meetings on 20 February 2006, 24 February 2006, 25 May 2006, 24 August 2006 and 23 November 2006, a total of five meetings. The composition of the Audit Committee and the attendance by each member at the Committee meetings held during the year are set out on the following page. From top Y. Bhg.
