Crucell’s commitment to the world – Taking responsibility
and key performance indicators (KPIs) was formulated for each
category. Of these, five were earmarked for special effort: CSR
information management improvement, transparency objectives,
responsible supply chain, CO 2 footprint and water use. Ambitious
longer-term objectives were set for several of these indicators
(see table 1).
In 2010, we embarked on the implementation of our global CSR
policy, including the roll-out of systems that will enable us to monitor,
evaluate and improve our CSR performance and report on this in
a transparent way.
