Named after the Sicilian town of 'Godfather' fame, Corleone offers a traditional taste
of Italy. However, in spite of the name, you needn't worry about any sinister
characters pulling guns in here - Corleone is a distinctly homely place that would be
fine for a romantic dinner. Its been around for a while now, which reflects well on
their standards - there is also a pretty garden out at the back, which we are all
looking forward to when Spring finally boots Winter into touch.
Open:12-24.00
Cuisine: Italian
Cherubino is a playfully kitsch restaurant with a
smattering of cherubs on the walls and even a XIX century carriage where you can
enjoy your dinner. A second room evokes the countryside, with log cabin d'cor.
Generally relaxed, this place is fashionable among affluent Cracovians. Cherubino
must have one of the most intriguing menus in Kraków, with a combination of
Tuscan cuisine and contemporary interpretations of Polish cuisine.
Open:12-24.00
Cuisine: Tuscan and Old Polish
Seating capacity: up to 150 pax
Restaurant housed in the cellars of a restored
17th century building in the historic centre of
Krakow, just a few steps from the Main
Square. The establishment owes its
originality and splendour to frescoes, columns and numerous paintings,
complemented by stylish furniture and chairs drawing on the Italian Baroque, as well
as plates with Mozart’s portraits. The elegant decoration, cosy interiors, friendly and
professional service will help appreciate the quality of the cuisine.
