Guitar Club
On Thursday mornings the library is filled
with music and song at the weekly meeting
of the guitar club. Our club continues
to grow in size and enthusiasm. Just about
every style of guitar is embraced with folk,
country, older pop music, rock and jazz.
Playing ability is NOT a prerequisite, the
object is to get together and have fun making music.
We meet Thursday mornings at 10:00 am in the
library. Please drop in and bring your guitar or stop
by to sing a song or just listen.
We would like to thank Nancy Sutherland and
Marie White for their many years of volunteer
contribution to the computer club as teachers of
monthly meeting. Due to personal reasons they
The Mexican Train Dominoes program will start
again in September providing we have sufficient
participants.
If you are interested in joining us on Wednesday
afternoons at 1:30 pm you will be very welcome.
Please indicate your interest by signing the
Mexican Train Dominoes sign up sheet at the
Reception desk as soon as possible so we can
ascertain if there is enough interest.
Experience is not necessary to enjoy this fun family
game as instruction is available for beginners.
Looking forward to meeting you all in the Fall.
