This research study was made possible through the <strong>in</strong>put and support of many <strong>in</strong>dividuals <strong>in</strong> the<br />

construction <strong>in</strong>dustry. The study was <strong>in</strong>itiated and guided through the foresight and fund<strong>in</strong>g of<br />

the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the Charles Pankow Foundation (CPF).<br />

Appreciation is extended to those <strong>in</strong>dividuals from across the U.S. who participated <strong>in</strong> the<br />

surveys and <strong>in</strong>terviews and who provided case study <strong>project</strong> <strong>in</strong>formation to the researchers.<br />

Gratitude is also given to the members of the OSU CE and CEM Industry Advisory Boards and<br />

to the CPF Advisory Council for their review and consideration of the research and the feedback<br />
