Some of you will have already noticed<br />
that the <strong>Costa</strong> Cálida <strong>Chronicle</strong><br />
and CHM offi ce has moved. It can<br />
now be found at the back of Holmes<br />
and Pegg Estate Agency, opposite<br />
Quicksave Supermarket on Camposol B<br />
Commercial Centre. We will be open<br />
as usual from 10am-2pm Monday to<br />
Friday.<br />
What a fabulous few weeks we had with<br />
the <strong>2012</strong> Olympics and Paralympics. It<br />
was so good to see Great Britain achieve<br />
so much, despite all the negativity<br />
before the Games. Let’s hope that this<br />
great feeling of positivity spreads to all<br />
sectors of our lives and that we come<br />
out of this recession much quicker than<br />
all the analysts have predicted.<br />
Despite the IVA increase, everyone<br />
seems very positive about the prospects<br />
over the next few months. At 21%, the<br />
IVA in Spain is still one of the lowest<br />
in Europe and if that small increase<br />
manages to help the economy we<br />
should all be quite happy. As you can<br />
see, there are still businesses starting<br />
up in the area and as such we would like<br />
to welcome the new businesses and of<br />
course welcome back some who have<br />
taken a short break from advertising:<br />

emails from readers wanting to contact<br />
the advertiser, but they have sent the<br />
email to us.<br />
We would also request that when<br />
sending in emails, please put what the<br />
email is about in the subject box. We<br />
have hundreds of emails sent in each<br />
week and it would help us to know which<br />
department the email is for. Articles<br />
should be sent in as Word documents<br />
with photos sent in as separate jpg’s.<br />
Our regular contributors do a fantastic<br />
job of providing regular useful<br />
information and we would like to thank<br />
them all for their hard work every<br />
month. If you have any information<br />
that you would like to share with our<br />
readers, (maybe you have visited a bar/<br />
restaurant or somewhere interesting<br />
in the area) please feel free to send<br />

photos. Maybe you like to write short<br />
stories or poetry and would like to see<br />
