AquaSpense
AquaSpense is designed primarily for
model production, rapidly dispensing a
single liquid (distilled water) by weighing
the bowl with the powder on a calibrated
scale. By dispensing the exact amount
of liquid for each pre-programmed
powder, remakes are virtually eliminated.
Inconsistencies and inaccuracies due to
human error in water/powder ratios are
removed from the modeling process. You’ll
achieve predictable working times, set
times, hardness and expansion. Accurate
models are produced every time.

AquaSpense SL
AquaSpense SL is used primarily in
the investment area. The key difference in
the two units is that the SL is capable of
accurately dispensing two different liquids.
On one side of the unit, two pumps quickly
dispense water. The other side uses a
pinch valve for dispensing Special Liquid
for investments. The results are consistent
casting sizes with less finishing time.
The SL unit is extremely versatile and can be
used in smaller labs as a combination unit
that dispenses liquids for models as well as
investments. The SL can also be used in the
model department, when using a Gypsum
Hardener or other enhancing liquid.

water/powder ratio through exact dispensing.
