It can be observed easily from graphics that craftsmen ability in computer using does not
look alike. There is an incongruity between Ege University and Pera’s datas: according Pera’s
findings incapable craftsmen percentage is 57% while Ege University findings say 12%. In
France also there is a high percentage of incapable craftsmen of using a computer. In Poland
and Italy they are mostly “capable”.

It comes out that almost “all have access” to a computer. In Pera’s and Ecole’s survey, a big
percentage of the participants couldn’t access to a computer.
