1967<br />

Robert Keenan recently became the Program<br />

Manager and Transit Architecture Practice Leader for<br />

Canada with HDR. HDR is a global employee-owned<br />

firm providing architecture, engineering, consulting,<br />

construction, and related services through its various<br />

operating companies.<br />

1972<br />

Kevin Martin was inducted into the Rochester<br />

Bowling Hall of Fame for Meritorious Service. He is<br />

the owner/manager of Parkview Bowl in Rochester.<br />

V.J. Stanley recently finished his first book, "Stop the<br />

Tsunami in Youth Sports: Achieving Balanced<br />

Excellence and Health While Embracing the Value of<br />

Play for Fun." The book, currently available in<br />

e-book form, will be out in audio form this fall, and<br />

will come out in hard copy form in 2013.<br />

1973<br />

Ross Lanzafame was named chairman of the<br />

American Lung Association's national board of<br />

directors. He will serve a one-year term and work<br />

with the association's national headquarters staff to<br />

advance its mission of saving lives by improving lung<br />

health and preventing lung disease. Ross is a<br />

partner at the Rochester, NY law firm of Harter<br />

Secrest & Emery LLP.<br />

1975<br />

John Maxwell was one of 24 robotics mentors and<br />

coaches selected for the U.S. Air Force leadership<br />

training program. He is one of the co-leaders of the<br />

<strong>McQuaid</strong> <strong>Jesuit</strong> IgKNIGHTers robotics team.<br />

Maxwell was selected from about 250 teachers<br />

nationwide to participate in the program, which took<br />

place July 30 - 31, 2012, in Cape Canaveral, FL.<br />

1985<br />

Steve Carl is the principal owner of the Rochester<br />

area's first Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen has more than<br />

5,700 locations across the country.<br />

1990<br />

Joel DiMarco is president of Admar Supply<br />

Company, which ranked 13th on Access, Lift &<br />

Handlers magazine’s Top 30 Telehandlers list and 47th<br />

on the Rental Equipment Register Top 100 list.<br />

1992<br />

Christian Klein returned to Rochester to practice<br />

ophthalmology as a faculty member at the University<br />

of Rochester’s Flaum Eye Institute.<br />

1993<br />

Jason Turner competed in the 2012 Summer<br />

Olympics in London, his third Olympic games. Jason<br />

participated in the 10-meter air pistol event.<br />

1999<br />

Jason Downer took his first vows toward becoming a<br />

<strong>Jesuit</strong> on August 18, 2012. He is in the NY Province of<br />

the Society of Jesus.<br />

2000<br />

Dave Hunt is an instructor pilot in Jacksonville, FL.<br />

He also is an entrepreneur. Combining his<br />

dedication to fitness and athleticism, he has<br />

invented a new kind of jump rope system and<br />

recently launched a small business start up called<br />

2001<br />

Jay Hoff moved to Southern China in February to<br />

work in an injection molding factory. The name of his<br />

company is Global Point Technology.<br />

Stephen Nemeth is a Captain in the Marine Corps,<br />

stationed at Quantico, VA, where he is a War<br />

Fighting Instructor at the Basic <strong>School</strong>. In January<br />

2012, he returned from his second tour of duty in<br />

Afghanistan.<br />

2005<br />

Kyle Pudney was married to Kate Chantra on June 9,<br />

2012, in Columbia, SC. The couple resides in<br />

Lexington, SC.<br />

2007<br />

Ryan Higman is serving in the Peace Corps as a<br />

Community Economic Development Volunteer in<br />

Costa Rica.<br />

2010<br />

Jack Pomeroy spent the summer interning at GE<br />

Treasury in Stamford, CT, with a focus on finance and<br />

government regulation.
