IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING<br />
ENTERING FAIR FOR HORSE SHOWS<br />
Horse shows are a part of the <strong>Cecil</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong>. All<br />
spectators entering the fair grounds must pay a gate fee.<br />
(Adult/$5. Seniors/children 6-12/$2, children under 6/<br />
free) Exhibitors (anyone showing a horse/pony) will be<br />
given two (2) GATE passes and one (1) CAR pass to<br />
allow parking at the show barns. (Pre-entry passes will<br />
be mailed to you.) Every vehicle entering via Entrance 3<br />
must have a car hang tag……. Everyone in the vehicle<br />
entering the fair grounds must have a gate pass.<br />
NO EXCEPTIONS!<br />
Extra gate and car passes may be ordered with your entry.<br />

SEPARATE CHECK made out to CCF.<br />
1. Open to anyone in or out of <strong>Cecil</strong> <strong>County</strong><br />
2. Pre-entry fee $10 per class with copy of current coggins<br />
to be received by 7/1/12. Post entry $12 per class after<br />
this date. All checks must have the driver’s license number<br />
of the person whose name is on the check legibly<br />
written on the check. There is a $35 fee for all return<br />
checks.<br />
3. No refund for scratched classes unless with a vet certificate.<br />
Change of horse or rider from original entry is considered<br />
a scratch. Please check your entry before submitting<br />
to secretary.<br />
4. Ages for the riders are as of 1/1/12, Junior 13 & under,<br />
Senior 14-18.<br />
5. Classes may be combined/split by the show chairman,<br />
judged by guidelines from the AQHA Rule Book.<br />
6. Halter classes must be entered by 8 am<br />
7. Beginner riders not eligible for any lope classes<br />
8. Junior horses are 5 & under, Senior horse 6 & older<br />
9. Stalls must be reserved in advance for a $10 per day fee.<br />
Straw only and stalls must be cleaned or premiums will<br />
be held.<br />
10. One minute call enforced in all rings.<br />
11. All Riders in Speed Classes are required to wear ASTM/<br />
SEI approved helmets, with chin strap securely fastened.<br />
Arms mus be covered by long sleeve shirt or other protective<br />
clothing.<br />
12. Six Ribbons in all classes with points 10, 6, 4, 2, 1, .5.<br />
Championships in each division. Premiums mailed<br />
after the fair, 1st-$10, 2nd-$8, 3rd-$6, 4th-$5, 5th -$4<br />
13. Judges decisions are final.<br />
