planning process, the <strong>Joint</strong> Strategic<br />

Capabilities Plan is produced as a result of<br />

this process. In the Crisis Assessment Phase<br />

of the crisis action planning process, Crisis<br />

Action <strong>Planning</strong> procedures are used to<br />

formulate decisions for direct development<br />
