You are holding the <strong>Spring</strong> <strong>2012</strong> edition of the <strong>Worlds</strong> <strong>Records</strong>’<br />
catalog. This catalog contains New Releases and Additions that<br />
have arrived since January.<br />
Most CDs and DVDs offered over the years are still available.<br />
Our on-line catalog is kept up to date and is the best way<br />
to view material we offer. You can find, for instance, all titles<br />
we offer by Benny Goodman and sort according to best selling,<br />
most recent release or price. You’ll find the original entry with<br />
tunes, description, cover picture, etc. Our website is a wonderful<br />
resource. Plus, of course, you can place an order on-line.<br />
We won’t be printing a complete catalog. However if you don’t<br />
have access to a computer and wish more information regarding<br />
the releases on a label we offer or material featuring a specific<br />
artist just let us know and we’ll send a print out.<br />

Any item which has a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced free<br />
of charge. Defective items will be replaced with the same item.<br />

Back Orders<br />
Out-of-stock items are automatically back-ordered unless noted<br />
otherwise by customer and automatcially shipped via free standard<br />
mail. Credit card orders are only charged for the items which<br />
are shipped.<br />
To All Customers<br />
Refunds are made when out of print items are ordered. Unplayed<br />
items may be exchanged for a different title only on condition<br />
that they are unopened and returned to us in resalable condition.<br />
