Through this process the group: • Defined a proposed overall goal • Develop a long list of targets and then shortened it to a list of four • Developed lists of indictors that could be used for each target • Began development of defini8ons of the terms used in the targets • Iden8fied possible sources of data • Developed a list of other parameters, not included in the targets, that we felt it was important to monitor 3
