0234), the American Veterinary Medical<br />
Association, The California Board of<br />
Registered Nursing, the California Board<br />
of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric<br />
Technician Examiners, the National<br />
Academy of Early Childhood Programs,<br />
and the California Community <strong>College</strong>s<br />
Board of Governors. It has the approval<br />
of the State Department of Education to<br />
train veterans under Public Law 874 and<br />
Public Law 550. It also has the approval<br />
of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization<br />
Service to educate foreign students.<br />
