Strain relief is achieved by a heat shrinkable adhesive coated collar which protects cables when tensioned, and provides added sealing protection. The boot is supplied as a single piece which snaps on to the back of the connector. There are no small parts and no tools required. Jack screws are provided to ensure easy access into each connector.
