3.3 Working with the order management module

Ordering Ordering Service Service
Order dispatched Bauerfeind has dispatched the order, which is therefore
completed.
It is not possible to change or delete the status.
Order released from stock
Order partially produced
Order processing options
After the order was created, the [Take From Store] button
was used, i.e. the chosen article was taken from
your own stock of standard models. No order was made
from Bauerfeind.
It is not possible to change or delete the status.
Some of the ordered goods have been produced.
It is not possible to change or delete the status.
Order cancelled Order has been cancelled.
It is not possible to change or delete the status.
Part-order sent Individual items of the order have already been delivered.
It is not possible to change or delete the status.
Add order For a new patient, or a patient chosen from the patient
list, a new order with new measurements is created.
Copy order A copy of an existing order is created. In this copy, the
article data can be modified, but not the patient data.
Change order Only orders which have been set on hold can be
changed. The measurements can be changed only if
they were entered manually in the original order.
Measurements taken from IMAGE 3D cannot be modified
even in a copy of an order.
Delete order Only orders which have been set on hold can be
deleted.
Bulk order An order for VenoTrain products, not related to a specific
patient, is created.
Release order An order which has been set on hold can be released
for the Bauerfeind order processing system using the
[Release] button on the main page of order management.
Set order on hold A released order can be set on hold using the [On hold]
button on the main page of order management.
Display order details and print
A selected order can be displayed with all details using
the [Detail] button.
