6.1 PURCHASE ORDER PROCEDU-<br />
RE<br />
All equipment parts can be ordered to the Manufacturer<br />
by sending a detailed request including:<br />
- <strong>Equipment</strong> model.<br />
- <strong>Equipment</strong> serial number.<br />
- Part code No. (see spare part catalogue).<br />
Means of transport.<br />
If you fail to instruct the Manufacturer about the<br />
means of transport required, this service will be<br />
provided and given the greatest care. However the<br />
Manufacturer will not be liable for any delays in<br />
transport due to causes of Force Majeure. Transport<br />
expenses are always at the consignee’s cost. The<br />
goods, also when delivered C&F, are transported at<br />
the buyer’s own risk.<br />
The Manufacturer is always available for any request<br />
of service and/or spare parts. spedizione dovute a<br />
