about recent news and achievements from your classmates and friends.<br />
1970s<br />
gustena (miller) thompson ’74 recently moved to Hilton Head, South Carolina, where she<br />
works as a wine consultant with WineShop at Home.<br />
1980s<br />
gregory Brown ’82 lives in Washougal, Washington, with his wife Jennie Hunter and two<br />
children, Kirk and Suzanne. He is a vice president and special assets <strong>of</strong>ficer for Riverview<br />
Community Bank in Vancouver, Washington.<br />
1990s<br />
Josh ewing ’96 has spent the last three and a half years traveling frequently to Asia Pacific<br />
for his company Synopsys. He recently began a part-time M.B.A. program at the <strong>University</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> California Haas School <strong>of</strong> <strong>Business</strong>.<br />
Bryan mercier ’97 for the Department <strong>of</strong> Treasury’s Community Development Financial<br />
Institutions Fund, where he manages a federal grant program that develops community<br />
banking services for American Indians, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians.<br />
2000s<br />
rob Bailey ’03 worked as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kyrgyzstan for two years. He<br />
currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts.<br />
adam Blair ’05 married Jackie Kelchlin in September 2007.<br />
gina Bonfiglio ’03 is a mental health therapist and owns a private counseling and therapy<br />
practice in Tigard, Oregon. Her husband Ryan owns a dental practice in downtown<br />
Portland, Oregon. <strong>The</strong>y recently celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary.<br />
david Cummings ’03 worked as an accountant for three years before returning to school to<br />
earn a master’s in education from Pacific <strong>University</strong>. He now teaches math and Spanish at<br />
Columbia River High School in Vancouver, Washington.<br />
James george ’05 is now a market growth and development consultant with Wells Fargo<br />
Bank. He works for the company’s Corporate Trust & Escrow Services Department located<br />
in Los Angeles, California.<br />
timothy Irons ’00 recently accepted a position as executive director at Redburn Partners,<br />
international financial research in New York, New York. He was previously a vice president<br />
with Auerbach Grayson.<br />
lenore matthew ’05 recently returned from traveling through South America where she<br />
volunteered at a school for disadvantaged youth in Peru, learned Spanish in Argentina, and<br />
explored Uruguay, Bolivia, Chile and Ecuador.<br />
After nearly six years employed at Nike in a variety <strong>of</strong> analyst roles, Jeffrey martens<br />
’00 recently became a senior strategic planning analyst with Synopsys, Inc. in<br />
Hillsboro, Oregon.<br />
melissa tilleman ’06 spent a year teaching English at primary schools in southwest France<br />
before returning to the U.S. in July 2007. She now lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan.<br />
Chak-yin tse ’05 was recently promoted to an associate at Citi Private Bank located<br />
in Hong Kong.
