vantagepoint The more observant readers will be aware that Marcus and I grew moustaches throughout November for something called Movember. During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer. The funds raised in the UK are directed to programmes run directly by Movember and our men’s health partners, Prostate Cancer UK and the Institute of Cancer Research. So we decided to give it a go, and enlisted the help of our friend Simon Thornton, Godalming’s local butcher, to form the MoVantage Team. We emailed friends, family and customers to request financial support, and also decided that <strong>Round</strong>&<strong>About</strong> would contribute £1 for every advert sold in November to the total. Well, we are all delighted to say that we managed to raise the not insignificant amount of £1,190 between the three of us. So a big thank you from us to all our friends, family and customers who supported us. We even made the front cover of the Surrey Advertiser!
